This workshop explores the practice of dialogic pedagogy as a way to engage in equitable classroom talk.

It explores three central questions:

  • How does dialogic pedagogy help us shape the university classroom into a dialogic space that challenges monologic teaching?
  • How does dialogic pedagogy offer opportunities to support trust, compassion and reciprocity?
  • What pedagogical strategies can be used to engage with dialogic practices in the classroom?
