PRIDE Week event
Discussion and activity-based event with the goal of “exploring experience and identity”.
PRIDE commemorates the Stonewall Riots that took place in a Greenwich Village gay bar, the Stonewall Inn. Just shy of an exact 50 years after the events at Stonewall on June 28, 1969 and one day after Trans Day of Visibility, the university finally has its own PRIDE calendar lineup. Several student organizations have worked together to put these events together & hopefully future years will feature more collaborations and encourage celebration of ALL students, staff, and faculty of the university.
Monday, April 8 at 10:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
William Pitt Union, Kurtzman Room
3959 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260
