This workout practices Barre for 30 minutes, which is a dynamic and low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga using a ballet barre for support, focusing on isometric movements, small-range motion, and high-repetition exercises. The second half of the workout will be 30 minutes of meditation and restorative yoga, which focuses on holding yoga poses for longer periods, breath work, affirmations, and mindfullness.
