In a Power Vinyasa Yoga class, you can expect a dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and endurance. The class will challenge you with faster paced sequences, offering a full-body workout while encouraging mindfullness and focus. This practice is the third level of our yoga series.
