This workout starts with 30 minutes of step, a fun classic workout class using high low rhythms, progressive routines, and step risers to get a great burn to the beat! Finish off this workout with 30 minutes of Zumba®, a Latin-inspired dance-based aerobic workout that combines cardio with international music and dance.
