Make the most of your cycling classes! This 5-week program will teach you how to match your ride with the beat, the proper form for various positions on the bike, and more! Part instruction, part workout - learn to improve your skills to better your ride!
When: Mondays at 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.

Participation in all Small Group Training Programs requires a Group Fitness membership (free).
