
This LGBTQ student-centered session will introduce and outline the core philosophy of queer pedagogy to inform a purposeful engagement with a gender-inclusive framework in the classroom. This foundational session will consider queer pedagogy as a practice of creating inclusive and affirming learning environments. Specifically, engage with the question, “how might queer pedagogy prompt us to consider a classroom that functions outside of the binary”?
