Creating Interactive Course Elements using H5P

Thursday, August 29, 2024 11:00am to 12:00pm

H5P is a set of interactive tools that can be used within a Canvas course or on their own. This session will cover the first steps to getting started using H5P in your Canvas course. Attendees will learn how to provision their H5P account and how to find and design using H5P within and apart from Canvas. We will also demonstrate how H5P works as Canvas Assignments and within Pages. Attendees will need to have basic knowledge of Canvas to follow along in this session.

This workshop may be counted toward the Educational Technology concentration of the Achievement in Pedagogy badge, offered through the Graduate Student Teaching Initiative. For more information, visit the Achievement in Pedagogy Badge or contact tahelp@pitt.edu.
