Join the Center for Governance and Markets for this important policy workshop next week, which is a timely response to the rapidly evolving situation in Myanmar. The workshop seeks to build trust among the diverse ethnic and regional groups in the country. In particular, participants will examine the role decentralization and a federal political system may play in fostering coexistence and peace.

We will convene opposition figures, shadow government representatives, scholars, and civil society leaders to exchange experiences and develop strategies for tackling local challenges and foster cooperation across ethnic and regional divides.
