About this Event
Graduate school comes with its own stress. Stressors are events (real or imagined) or conditions in our lives that cause us to experience stress. They can be positive or negative life events that are physical, emotional, intellectual, social or economic in nature.
Please join us for a discussion on strategies or ways of dealing with graduate school stress.
The goal of this workshop is to ensure that students are healthy and thriving during their stay at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.
