The History of Art and Architecture Department and the Pittsburgh Independent Scholars Association (PISA) are organizing a group visit to Homelands: Nations of Allegheny, a temporary exhibit at the Fort Pitt Museum in downtown Pittsburgh.

Homelands is the first exhibit of its kind in the region, providing a local lens through which to engage with the constellations of “Reparations,” “Space and Place,” “Mobility and Circulation,” as well as museum studies, material culture, and reparative histories more generally.

Following the visit, we will gather to discuss the exhibition - the meeting space will be determined by the size of the group, but will likely be an educational space within the Fort Pitt Museum. The final location will be shared in advance.

Registration is limted due to space constraints in the Fort Pitt Museum.
