 hree-hour Confident City Cycling Class to provide you with all the skills 
 and knowledge to safely commute in Pittsburgh. This on-the-bike class cove
 rs basic and advanced cycling skills\, best practices for solo and group r
 iding\, and includes a culminating group ride that utilizes the best of lo
 cal bicycle infrastructure.\n\nAll classes are taught by League of America
 n Bicyclists Certified Instructors (LCIs). Participate in skill drills and
  end with a two-and-a-half mile bike ride on the streets around Oakland an
 d Shadyside.\n\nNo bike or helmet? No problem! Helmets and free POGOH bike
  rentals are available!\n\nRegistration is required to participate.
