Verbal strategies and physical safety interventions are presented in a dynamic learning environment, lead by CTI/WPIC Certified CCM Trainers at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. CCM requires annual competency by completing a refresher class every year.

All staff members who interact with patients and families at every level of care are welcome. Clinicians, CLs, RNs, PCTs, CAs, APPs, MDs, etc.
