Join us in making a Climate Change Quilt. This national effort uses art to create connections to help fight climate change and climate anxiety in communities.

Don't know how to quilt or sew? No problem, participants will design their own quilt squares cutting out shapes and pinning them. Then our team of sewers will put the squares together. The end result will be showcased in the Eco- Artisans Show in April.

This event is Friday October 2nd from 12 - 4 pm in Benedum Hall room 102. You can stay 15 minutes or for hours, its completely up to you and your artistic visions. Please bring friends and colleagues with you, drop-ins are highly encouraged. 

During the final two hours of this session, we will run a simultaneous presentation on The What, Why, and How of Pitt's Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Pitt Climate Action Plan. You are welcome to stay for the duration of the presentation, or for as long as you like.
