City of Pittsburgh, Autonomous Vehicles, and Public Trust: A Forbes Corridor Colloquia Session

This is a past event.

Join the Forbes Corridor Colloquia for a session about the City of Pittsburgh’s evolving relationship with local autonomous vehicle research centers and developers.

Please join us for a discussion on how the City protects citizens’ wellbeing. We will explore how this relationship garners trust between developers, researchers, and the citizens of Pittsburgh.  In this session, we will ask how the city ensures safety for all parties with ongoing research and development on Pittsburgh streets.

FEATURING: Erin Clark, Policy Analyst, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, City of Pittsburgh and Kimberly Lucas, Acting Director, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, City of Pittsburgh

The Forbes Corridor Colloquia brings together faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and students from across various disciplines at Pitt and CMU as we consider near and long-term influences of advancing technology on humanity.
