Join the Center for African Studies to Celebrate Africa on Friday, September 16th and Saturday, September 17th! On Friday, we will have lectures, roundtables, and panel discussions by Africa experts, and in the evening keynote speaker historian Paul Zeleza along with African drumming and dance performances. On Saturday, we will have a festival with a live band, African craft and food market, and dance performances.

Friday's morning and afternoon events will take place in Posvar Hall and around campus at various locations to be updated; Friday keynote and performances will be in the Frick auditorium.
Saturday festival will be outside Posvar Hall.
