Race &… Lecture Series
Join Dr. Amanda McCoy, Assistant Professor in the School of Medicine's Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics, as she shares her experience working as a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon in Bomet, Kenya, for almost three years.
This is the first talk of the new Race &... Lecture Series, a part of the Race and Social Determinants of Equity, Health, and Well-being Cluster Hire Initiative. The lunchtime speaker series provides a spotlight for each new faculty member to describe their work and interests.
Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Ann E. Cudd and Senior Vice Chancellor for the Health Sciences Anantha Shekhar will open the event.
