About this Event
The COVID-19 pandemic has left many people, especially family caregivers, with many questions about how to protect themselves and those that they provide care for. University of Pittsburgh Center for Family Support presents this program addressing best practices for family caregivers of someone with a disability or chronic illness in terms of physical health, mental health, and managing stress and anxiety during this unprecedented time.
Participation is free, but registration is required.
