Melissa Christianson, PhD, medical writer and consultant at Whitsell Innovations, will host an informational session providing an overview of medical writing careers that combine scientific acumen and writing skills. The presentation will focus on regulatory writing opportunities but highlight other career paths open to medical writers as well.

Dr. Christianson will conclude the presentation with information on an internship program run by Whitsell Innovations (WI), a certified woman-owned, full-service medical and scientific writing company headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC. The internship program offers 18-month, part-time, paid positions to researchers interested in medical writing careers in the life sciences and is designed to be completed remotely.
