Student- and community-decorated rubber ducks will once again take to the waves of Slate Run Creek on campus for this year's Duck Dash, part of the Blue & Gold Celebration. The ducks will race for the glory of a spot in campus history!

The Duck Dash, one of our newer campus traditions, is part of the campus observance of our Founders Day, which marks the date of Oct. 10, 1962, when University of Pittsburgh Chancellor Edward H. Litchfield announced Pitt's intention to open a regional campus in Greensburg, PA.

The deadline has passed for entering a duck, but you can stop by the Pedestrian Bridge to cheer on the ducks while they ride the waves at Slate Run Creek.
