About this Event
View map Free EventBioengineering Day is a symposium in which students from Pitt Bioengineering and CMU Biomedical Engineering have the opportunity to showcase their research while investigating potential career paths by networking with industry, medical, and research professionals.
What started as a one-university conference meant to showcase undergraduate and graduate research to others within the university, BioE Day has grown to become a symposium meant for all Bioengineers in the Pittsburgh area to come, present their research, and grow as young researchers and professionals.
The 4:00 pm keynote address will be presented by Guillermo A. Ameer, Daniel Hale Williams Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Surgery, and Director of the Center for Advanced Regenerative Engineering at the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, Northwestern University.
