About this Event
This webinar provides practical tips for initiating discussions on race and health equity within your organization, whether in one-on-one interactions or group settings. Participants will explore communication styles, the influence of personal values on perspectives regarding health inequities, and how these values can either advance or hinder equity efforts. Participants will receive tools and resources to facilitate productive conversations about equity. This webinar includes a variety of instructional methods including group discussion and interactive learning activities. Active participation is encouraged to create an engaging learning experience for all.
