Expect 45 minutes of activity designed to connect your body and mind preparing you for a productive day! Featuring: breathing alignment, Pilates, posture awareness, mobility, core, and centering work.

No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance and a towel to assist with stretching when possible.

Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels and variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
