Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute mid-morning workout with Gillian Scott, University Club Fitness Center Manager/Senior Trainer and Team.

Expect 30 minutes of activity designed to give you a total body workout! Class designed in 10-minute segments featuring: Cardio, Strength, and Restore and Core sections.

No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance. If you have free weight, bands, or other light equipment at home, it can be used to help enhance your workout.

Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels, and variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
