Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute mid-morning workout with Programming Director, Dr. Renee Rogers and Team.

Expect 30 minutes of activity designed to give you a total body workout! Class designed in 10-minute segments featuring: Cardio, Strength, and Restore and Core sections. No equipment needed to participate.

Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels, and variations of all exercises will be presented.
