Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute morning workout with Programming Director, Dr. Renee Rogers and Team.

Expect 30 minutes of activity designed to connect your body and mind preparing you for a productive day! Featuring: breathing, posture awareness, mobility, yoga, Pilates, core, and centering work.

No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance.

Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels and variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
