Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute morning workout with Programming Director, Dr. Renee Rogers and Team.

Expect 45 minutes of activity designed to finish your work week in a positive way by connecting your body and mind! Featuring: breathing, posture awareness, mobility, yoga, Pilates, core, and centering work.

No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance and a towel to assist with stretching as needed.

Suited for all levels: Beginner to Advanced. Variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
