About this Event
Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute morning workout with certified yoga instructor, Jesse Bueno and the Be Fit Pitt Team.
Expect 45 minutes of practice designed to get you moving each morning by elevating your awareness as you engage and connect your body and mind through yoga practice.
Featuring: breathing alignment, invigorating flows, grounding and foundational poses, and mindfulness preparing you for a productive day!
No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend using a mat and having a chair close by for balance along with a towel to assist with poses and stretching when possible.
Appropriate for all fitness and yoga skill levels and variations of all poses will be presented. Jesse brings his experience working with all types of abilities and ages ranging from children to older adults into his instruction. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
