  for a productive day!\n\nNo equipment needed to participate. However\, we
  recommend using a mat and having a chair close by for balance along with 
 a towel to assist with poses and stretching when possible. \n\nAppropriate
  for all fitness and yoga skill levels and variations of all poses will be
  presented. Jesse brings his experience working with all types of abilitie
 s and ages ranging from children to older adults into his instruction. Sea
