Barre Rec Relief Class

A ballet-inspired workout using the principles of classical dance to tone and sculpt your entire body. This class will emphasize the importance of form and body alignment while performing low-weight, high-repetition exercises. No prior ballet experience is necessary. No registration required. Please bring a valid Pitt Student ID.
