SHRS Student Workshop: Anxiety and Academic Performance

This is a past event.

In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between anxiety and academic performance. We will discuss how students associate academic performance with psychological well-being, the feeling of satisfaction with achievements, and ways of coping with stress and anxiety.  This workshop will be facilitated by staff members from the University Counseling Center.  RSVP is required; please click here to RSVP.
