An Evening with Emmanuel Acho: Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man

This is a past event.

The Pitt Program Council is excited to announce An Evening with Emmanuel Acho - Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man! This Webinar will take place February 15th, 2021 at 8:30pm EST. This lecture will be hosted in the same Q&A style as Acho's YouTube series, "Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man."

Students can submit questions for the event by direct messaging Pitt Program Council Instagramanonymously through this form, or submit questions during the event as it's happening.

Questions do not need to be about his book or videos if you are not already familiar with that material. Ask anything you think is important to the topic of race even if it is a difficult question!

This event will be held virtually through Zoom Webinars - students must sign in through their Pitt Zoom account and their Pitt Passport to access the event. Visit ppc.pitt.edu to access the event.

All virtual Pitt Program Council lectures are open to all Pitt students, faculty, and staff with a valid Pitt ID. Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact the Pitt Program Council at ppc@pitt.edu or by phone at 412-648-7900 for proper accommodations.

Monday, February 15 at 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
