As part of the Aging Institute's Webinar Series, Shelley L. Berger, PhD, Daniel S. Och University Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director of the Epigenetics Institute in the Pen Perelman School of Medicine.  She is molecular biologist recognized for research on hromatin biology and epigenetics.  She will present her talk "epigenetic pathways in human disease and aging".

A central part of the Aging Institute (AI) Bridgeside Point's mission is to promote innovative research in aging and a rich environment for training a new generation of investigators in the aging field.  Beyond individualized mentorship, we want to provide support in career development, presentation skills, grant writing and opportunities for collaboration and networking with researchers within and outside the University
