This session, facilitated by Dr Brett Nachman, presents proactive strategies for advising and teaching, offering practical tools to reduce barriers and affirm student strengths. Attendees will leave with actionable approaches to guide students through critical transitions, connect them with essential resources, and foster a sense of belonging.
