Heading to CCCC? Preparing for another conference? This is a low stakes low labor opportunity to discuss effective methods of accessible preparation and presentation for academic conferences. We will consider how to navigate one's own access needs while also recognizing audiences with diverse modes of engagement. We will address questions about, and highlight strategies for, spatial navigation, resource location, and stress reduction. Though preparatory materials are not required, you are encouraged to bring in slides from presentations past or future so we can collectively practice image description.
