Acceptance Journeys Pittsburgh is a photo story project that strives to address LGBTQ-related stigma in Pittsburgh. The project features stories provided by Pittsburghers around their journeys of love and acceptance for their LGBTQIA+ friends and family.
In honor of LGBTQ History Month, the stories are on display at Pitt Public Health and the Hillman Library Cup and Chaucer Cafe.
The Acceptance Journeys exhibit is one of the LGBT History Month observances at Pitt Public Health and complements our year-round educational and research programs in these areas.
