About this Event
As a non-traditional student you might be wondering how you can successfully balance work, academics, personal life, and family commitments. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your time management style and gain an understanding of how to maximize your time and the benefits associated with organizing and prioritizing your time, being present in the moment, and understanding the importance of self-care.
This event is part of a series of workshops conducted during Nontraditional Student Week: November 1-5. This week-long series is designed to celebrate and support the academic achievement of nontraditional students.
