Update: the music department has decided to postpone release of this event until December 21 to make sure we have time to secure usage rights for all the material (it's a different process from our live performances). The Men’s Glee Club and Women’s Choral Ensemble have been hard at work preparing a virtual holiday program. Their combined production, A Holiday Masque, will go live on the Music at Pitt YouTube Page on Monday, December 21 at 7:30 p.m.
Directed by Richard Teaster and Lorraine Milovac, the two choirs will present a wide variety of seasonal music that has been a staple of their live performances over the years. The 2020 virtual concert will include traditional carols, music from Bach’s Magnificat, and popular favorites like “Winter Wonderland” and “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch.”
We hope you will join us online for this special presentation as our students share some much-needed holiday cheer.
