The Roscoe Robinson Jr. Memorial Lecture Series presents Brandon Mendoza

Please join us for lunch at our 2019 Roscoe Robinson Jr. Memorial Lecture on Diversity and Public Service featuring Brandon Mendoza, executive director of NAIOP Pittsburgh and former associate project manager at Duane Morris Government Strategies in Pittsburgh.

Mendoza, a GSPIA alumnus, most recently served as government affairs manager for the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce and the advocacy affiliate of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. He led the Chamber’s federal and local government affairs strategies and raised nearly $1 million in sponsorships during his tenure. Mendoza also brings a strong economic development track record to the position, having led the Chamber’s advocacy efforts to build the incentive package for Shell Chemical’s multibillion petrochemical investment in Beaver County.

The lecture honors GSPIA alumnus Roscoe Robinson Jr., the first African American to earn the rank of four-star general in the U.S. Army.
