About this Event
The Nationality Rooms Program is pleased to announce the 2021 Celtic Culture event. Due to the pandemic this year's event will be a virtual program. The program highlights cultural traditions from the Welsh, Scottish and Irish Nationality Rooms. Each Room will present a brief power point presentation followed by works of art, dance, music, crafts, poetry, storytelling and informational videos highlighting that particular culture.
Pitt students, faculty, staff, colleagues, friends and anyone who is interested in learning about other cultures are invited to watch this program at their leisure.
The program begins on Sunday, October 24, 2021 with the Welsh Program from 12-2 p.m., the Scottish Room from 3-5 p.m. and the Irish room from 6-8 p.m.
FYI, OCC credits are available to students. To receive OCC credit, students will log in to their OCC profiles (via myPitt) and self-report their experience.
