View map Free EventThe Swanson School's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is proud to honor Dr. John Oyler as the 2019 Landis Lecturer. After eight decades of observing and evaluating Civil Engineering experiences, Dr. Oyler will discuss the traits that characterize an effective Civil Engineer: fundamentals, judgment, and independent thinking.
