 eld on Wednesday\, June 14th\, 2023 at the William Pitt Union\, Assembly R
 oom and Ballroom. The event is co-sponsored by the Department of Physical 
 Medicine and Rehabilitation School of Medicine\, the School of Health and 
 Rehabilitation Sciences\, and the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute.\n\nWe are
  excited to host the following distinguished keynote speakers: \n\nBrenes 
 Lecture - James Atchison\, DO\, Chair\, Department of Physical Medicine an
 d Rehabilitation and physician\, Department of Neurologic Surgery at Mayo 
 Clinic hospital in Jacksonville\, FL.\n\nSHRS Lecture - Julie Fritz PT\, P
 hD\, FAPTA\, a distinguished professor and Associate Dean of Research at t
 he University of Utah’s Department of Physical Therapy at the College of
  Health in Salt Lake City\, UT.\n\nAbstracts will be accepted in the follo
 wing categories:\n\nResidentPost-docPre-doc/Master’sMedical StudentUnder
 graduateThe abstract winner in each category will receive a $250 prize and
  will be selected for a 15-minute oral presentation. All other abstracts w
 ill be invited to compete as poster presentations for $50 awards for each 
 trainee category. Case studies will be accepted as posters but will not be
  considered for awards.\n\nAbstracts can be submitted HERE. Deadline to su
