This youth-focused event will include speakers who are UPJ students, area youth, and high school students-- all are welcome to apply. Interested speakers will submit a video 3-5 minutes of recorded speech presentation for consideration. TED Talk speakers are not permitted to be paid.

The theme is:

“Not Born a Leader: How Ordinary People Become Change-Makers”.

Presentations may include visuals (slides, etc.)

This is a 'First Draft' and can change a bit. You can use or read from your notes to prepare a short 3-5 minute video speech. Please adhere to the guidelines.

This submission portal will close on September 1, 2026. Administration reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, candidate line up, or other event details.
