Department of Financial Operations

The Financial Operations department within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all buying and paying functions at the University. This includes Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Payment Processing, and Payroll departments as well as the PantherExpress System and Concur Expense Management and Travel programs.
